Our Story

We Started With
One Ice Cream Machine

Buff's didn't begin as a grand business plan. It began as a love for real food — ice cream made the way it should be, with cream you can taste and flavors that don't need a label to explain themselves.

We added lunch because people were hungry. Real hungry, not "grab a snack" hungry. So we started making sandwiches and soups that would make you come back for the ice cream afterward. Some do. Some just come for the ice cream. Both are welcome.

Today we're still doing the same thing: small batches, fresh ingredients, and a menu that changes because we care more about quality than consistency. If you've been here once and the flavors are different next time, that's not a mistake — that's the point.
